What is Adviser Payments?

Our Adviser Payments service is a quick and easy way to view and print your statement after a settlement. 

The service saves you time by supporting your own reconciliation process while allowing you to check any payments that have been made or are due.

View your adviser statement

Get a breakdown of all types of adviser payments, split between adviser charges, consultancy charges and commission. Statements are available for up to 13 months after they’re generated.


Check payments

You can use Adviser Payments to check any payments that are due for a specific policy or agency code. Any payments made can also be viewed by policy number or agency code.

Download statements

Statements can be downloaded in PDF or CSV file format to help you import them into your own systems. CSV files can also be opened in Microsoft Excel to help you quickly sort data and save time.


Automate reconciliation

Automated links to adviser systems are supported using Origo Standard EDI messaging. This enables advisers with compatible third-party software to automate their payment reconciliation process.
