We’re making some changes to the following funds:

  • SL Janus Henderson European Mid & Large Cap Pension Fund (fund code – 1P)
  • SL Janus Henderson European Mid & Large Cap Life Fund (fund code – 5C)

Janus Henderson is simplifying its fund range. It’s planning to merge two of its funds which have a similar investment objective.

Standard Life will be updating our fund name, description and Total Annual Fund Charge in line with these changes.

This change is subject to being agreed at a Janus Henderson EGM on the 11 June. We expect the vote to pass but if the vote is not passed, there will be no change to our funds.

We’ll be updating our fund factsheets from 12 June 2026 to reflect these changes.  These will be available on standardlife.co.uk/funds once updated.
