Most workplace pension, personal pension and ISA customers

Please login to online servicing and visit the 'My Details' section. You are able to update most of your details in this section.

 

 

Standard Life Self Investor customers

Please log in to Smart+ and select 'Personal details' from the top menu. For security, you can't change your name or date of birth online. To change these, please call us on 0800 1522 522.

 

 

Elevate customers

Changes to account details can be done directly through your adviser. Alternatively, you can call us on 0345 600 2399 or send written confirmation to amend personal details. You can write to us at:
