With effect from 2 June 2025, we’re updating the fund name and description of a SL State Street Fund (Fund code – DBHK). 

State Street are making changes to their fund - SL State Street ACS Multi-Factor Global ESG Index Equity Pension Fund (Fund code – DBHK). They are removing ESG from the fund name to reflect changes to the fund's benchmark index, in line with recent regulatory changes.  

The fund is also adding additional investment screening to the current investment policy the fund undertakes. This means the fund will continue to allow investments which have been selected after considering a range of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and low carbon factors.  

Standard Life is updating our fund name and description in line with these changes. The changes will take effect from 2 June 2025. 

The previous and new fund details are shown in the table below.  

We’ll be updating our fund factsheets to reflect the new fund names and descriptions. These will be available on standardlife.co.uk/funds once updated.

The Sub-fund aims to track as closely as possible the performance of the MSCI World Select 5-Factor ESG Low Carbon Target Index (the “Benchmark Index”) (or any other index which the ACS Manager determines from time to time tracks substantially the same market as the Benchmark Index). “ESG” refers to making investments taking into account environmental, social and corporate governance criteria.

The SL State Street ACS Multi-Factor Global Index Equity Pension Fund invests primarily in the State Street ACS Multi-Factor Global Index Equity Fund.  

The aim of the State Street ACS Multi Factor Global Index Equity Fund is summarised below. The Sub-fund aims to track as closely as possible the performance of the MSCI World Select 5-Factor Select Advanced Target Index (the “Benchmark Index”) (or any other index which the ACS Manager determines from time to time tracks substantially the same market as the Benchmark Index).  

The Benchmark Index is designed to represent the performance of a strategy that seeks systematic integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) norms and carbon exposure management. “ESG” refers to making investments taking into account environmental, social and corporate governance criteria.
