The Group has approval under a waiver from the PRA to prepare a single Group-wide SFCR that contains the required information for Standard Life plc, Phoenix Life Limited, Phoenix Life Assurance Limited, ReAssure Limited, ReAssure Life Limited, Standard Life Assurance Limited, Standard Life Pensions Fund Limited, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (U.K.) Limited and PA(GI) Limited. This report is provided below.

At present this waiver does not extend to Standard Life International Designated Activity Company and Phoenix Life Assurance Europe Designated Activity Company, the individual reports for these entities is provided below.
