Ages and Stages is our multigenerational network, committed to eliminating age bias and fostering a workplace where colleagues of all ages and career stages feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Armed Forces
Our Armed Forces Network supports colleagues with military connections and creates opportunities for all to give back to the armed forces community. They partner with military charities and run fundraising and awareness initiatives throughout the year.

Balance is our gender equity network, focused on creating the conditions to attract, retain, and develop talent at every level. They champion initiatives that increase representation of women in senior leadership roles and drive progress across the business.

Our Carers Network raises awareness and provides practical support for colleagues with caring responsibilities. From supporting children with complex needs to caring for elderly relatives, they help carers navigate challenges and access resources both inside and outside the organisation.

Mosaic is our race and ethnicity inclusion network, focused on enhancing cultural awareness and supporting the career progression of colleagues from Black, Asian, and Ethnic Minority backgrounds. Pride is our LGBTQ+ network, supporting colleagues and allies to create an inclusive environment. Through events, training, and peer support, They ensure LGBTQ+ colleagues are supported and connected and can be their authentic selves at work.
