How to activate online servicing

This will only take a few minutes.
 
We’ll ask you to set a User ID and a password, and answer a few security questions.  Here’s what you’ll need to have to hand.

  • Your plan number.  You can find this on your statements that we have sent you
  • Your activation code. Don't worry if you haven't got one - you can still register today. We'll send a unique activation code to you instantly by e-mail, text or phone. You can also choose by post which can take 7 - 10 days.
