Gartmore sale to Henderson

Gartmore Investment Ltd was bought by Henderson Global Investors Ltd on 4 April 2011.

The sale will result in a number of changes to the Gartmore funds, which will see new fund names and proposed fund mergers. Some of these changes have already started and Henderson expects to have finished all the changes by the end of August 2011.

This page will give you regular updates on all changes, as they happen.

we receive confirmation from Henderson that the change has taken place
