How to qualify:

To qualify for this promotion any new customer must: i – apply for an Active Money Personal Pension (“AMPP”) plan online via the following web address Start - Standard Life Pension, adding the promotion code (REWARD1) during the application, between 8am on Thursday 15th December 2022 and 23:59 on Saturday 15th April 2023; and ii – within 3 months of submitting an application for an AMPP, pay or transfer in £10,000 to receive a Love2shop e-gift card with a value of £100, or pay or transfer in £50,000+ to receive a Love2shop e-gift card with a value of £250*. New customers who comply with the conditions above shall receive a Love2shop e-gift card as described in the “Promotion Reward Details” section. *If it has not been possible to pay or transfer in the value to meet the reward within the 3-month period, you may ask us to extend the period. We will consider each case individually and may, at our discretion, agree to provide a limited extension to the qualifying period. Please note, if you have cancelled or withdrawn any payments/transfers into your AMPP or have not met the minimum funding levels described above, you will not be eligible. A maximum of 500 Love2shop e-gift card are available. The Promotion will be closed once 500 qualifying AMPP applications (entering the promotion code via the online journey) have been received. Standard Life reserves the right to close the promotion prior to the Promotion Closing Date.

Eligibility criteria:

Any person who is eligible to open an Active Money Personal Pension Plan as per the terms and conditions of the pension product. Each person may only enter the Promotion once, must be over 18 years of age and must be resident in the United Kingdom. Participation in the Promotion is free. The following persons are excluded from the offer:

• existing customers who already have a Standard Life AMPP;
• New customers who apply for an AMPP via phone and/or paper registration (not via the online journey detailed in the “How to qualify” section).

Promotion start date/time:

8am on Thursday 15th December 2022

Promotion closing date/time:

11:59pm on Saturday 15th April 2023. Any applications for an AMPP received after this time shall not qualify for the Promotion.

Promotion reward details:

All eligible entries shall receive a Love2shop Gift Card of either £100 or £250 (depending upon the value paid/transferred into your AMPP). If you have complied with the “How to Qualify” and “Eligibility Criteria” sections, within 14 days of the end of your 3-month period we will send your Love2shop e-Gift Card Reward Code to the email address you provided in your AMPP application. You can exchange the Love2shop e-Gift Card Reward Code for your chosen retailer's e-Gift Card from a range of over 50 brands. Exchange at: www.love2shopdigital.co.uk. Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

By entering this Promotion, all persons are deemed to have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1. Standard Life reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion, and these Terms, without any prior notice, and any changes will be posted within these Terms. This Promotion is open to all eligible natural persons (as detailed in the Eligibility Criteria) and is limited to one entry per person.
2. To be eligible to claim the promotion reward, individuals must apply for an AMPP as instructed between the Promotion Start Date and Promotion Closing Date/Time. Any promotion entries received after the Closing Date/Time shall not be valid. Individuals who do not meet the Eligibility Criteria will not qualify for the promotion.
3. No cash equivalent, choice or alternative reward will be available, and each reward will be subject to any additional terms and conditions that are reproduced or referenced on the reward voucher and on any related website. The reward is not transferable or for resale.
4. Any personal information collected from you by Standard Life will be used lawfully in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy (available here) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and solely for the purposes of identifying and contacting each eligible individual.
5. In the event of any fault, error, misunderstanding or dispute concerning these Terms, the decision of Standard Life is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Singular terms include the plural and these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with English law. If any provision of these Terms proves to be illegal or unenforceable, this shall not prevent the remaining provisions remaining in full force and effect. Any disputes will be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
