How to activate online servicing

We'll ask you to set a user ID, a password and answer a few security questions. Here's what you'll need to have to hand:

Your plan number. You can find this on your statements that we have sent to you.

Your activation code. Don't worry if you haven't got one - you can still register today. We'll send a unique activation code to you instantly by e-mail, text or phone.
