Life policies

If you have a Life policy with us - with Online Services you can:

• View your current value or surrender value
• View your financial adviser's details
• Check how your individual funds are performing
• Change your personal details
• Change your bank details and payment date
• Go Paperless - get your statements online

Mortgages

If you have a Standard Life mortgage - with online services you can:

• View your next payment date
• View the next monthly payment amount due
• View the current mortgage balance
• View the remaining term of mortgage
• Add, remove, or amend overpayments
• Request a credit re-assessment
• Transact on your Offset Reserve
• Apply for a Cash Reserve drawdown.

Savings accounts

If you have a Direct Access Savings Account, or a Notice Account, or a Cash ISA - with online services you can:

• View your balance
• Browse transactions
• Make deposits and withdrawals
• Set up or amend regular deposits
• Transfer money between accounts in your plan
• View any pending transactions.

If you have a Savings Bond - with Online Services you can:

• View your balance
• Browse transactions.
