You can register for online servicing now. Just follow our simple on-screen instructions and you will be guided through the registration process step-by-step.
Before you start
You’ll need to have your details to hand, including your policy number. You will then be asked to accept our online terms and conditions. Please make sure you read these carefully before continuing – this will only take a few minutes.
Once you have completed all your details, we will receive your User ID immediately and we’ll post your temporary password to you within 3-5 working days of registration.
After registering
Your temporary password is only valid for 90 days, so we recommend that you log in as soon as possible after receiving it. When you log in for the first time you’ll be prompted to change your temporary password to one that is personal to you. You can also change your User ID if you want to.
Register by phone for instant access
If you want to get access straightaway you can phone us on 0845 60 60 098 between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. We can register you over the phone and text your temporary password to you there and then. Calls may be monitored and/or recorded to protect you and us and help with our training. Call charges will vary.
