Our online service offers you access to your policy details at whatever time or place suits you. You can access the full service via your PC or laptop, or use our iPhone or iPad app (free app download required).
Our online service gives you access to all your policy information and with functionality like the ability to produce illustrations, switch funds, view payments and view statements, we believe that it is a great way for you to keep informed about the performance of your investments.
Benefits of online servicing
Easy to use
Our simple on-screen instructions will guide you through the registration process step-by-step. Once logged in the site is easy to use. But if you have any problems you can always call our online help team on 0845 60 60 098 between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. Calls may be monitored and/or recorded to protect you and us and help with our training. Call charges will vary.
Safe and Secure
Whenever you access your accounts we want you to have total peace of mind. That's why the security of our online service is stringently tested to guarantee your privacy.
Each time you log in, you'll be asked for your User ID and 3 random characters from your password. If you have registered online you will receive your password within 3-5 working days of registering. If registering by phone your temporary password can be texted to you straight away.
Once you log in for the first time you will be prompted to change your temporary password to one of your choosing. You can also change your User ID if you want to.
In addition to your User ID and password, all online servicing customers are required to set up some security questions. These will be used to prove your identity whenever you reset your password online.
If you forget to log off, the system will automatically log off for you if you haven't used your mouse or keyboard after 10 minutes or more.
Times to suit you
Our online service is open longer for your convenience as we know that many customers find it difficult to call us during our office opening hours. We are open for online servicing from 07.00 to 00.00 Monday to Friday and 07.00 to 23.00 at the weekend.
We do appreciate that many of you would like to see our online servicing facility open for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unfortunately at the moment we are not in a position to offer this, but we are looking into options for increasing the times that the service is open.
Online access on the move
Our iPhone and iPad apps let you view the pensions and investments you hold with us directly on your mobile or tablet.
In order to access the app you need to be registered for online servicing with Standard Life. Not registered yet? It just takes a few minutes and you'll need your account or plan number to apply. We'll ask you to accept our terms and conditions when you complete the form.

You can see what your current pension value is, and what it might be worth when you retire. This will help you keep on track and see if you need to change your payments.
Check your payments
Keep up to date with your payments and see if you need to change the amount you’re paying.
Review your investments
You can see how your funds are performing and change your investments online.

Keep your personal information and contact details up to date so we can keep in touch.
