Since the purchase of Standard Life Bank by Barclays completed in January 2010, the administration of Futureperfect and Lifetime mortgage accounts has been carried out by Barclays on behalf of Standard Life Assurance Limited and Standard Life Lifetime Mortgages Limited. This arrangement ended on 17 September 2012 and new administration arrangements are now in force.
These new arrangements do not alter any of the main features of your mortgage account. The interest rate and repayment term applying to your account are unchanged as are the monthly payment and payment date for all Futureperfect mortgages.
